RF-ECG
Medical Electronic Science Institute
The Medical Electronic Science Institute have developed the worlds smallest, high-speed wireless biosensor kit for the monitoring of high risk patients in hospitals and other medical facilities. The sensor transmits ECG signals and motion over 3 axis, as well as heart rate and epidermal skin temperature, allowing for medical staff to monitor patients activity and vital signs at all times. Using low power consumption RF transmission, the RF-ECG sensor can transmit a constant signal for up to 48 hours, much longer than other wireless transmission methods. This signal can be transmitted to a mobile phone or PC for around the clock monitoring by medical staff. The kit comes with the USB receiver, sensor transmitter, lithium battery, electrode sheet and software.
