Solvex has teamed up with SPC Electronics, a leading cleaning system manufacturer, to develop an economical, environmentally friendly cleaning system that features superior washing and drying capabilities using Solve 55.

This washing system integrates multiple functions including flux washing, backwash rinsing, and vapor drying. With these functions the system operates to degrease metallic components as well as to clean electronic components, optical components, and print boards.

Solve 55 is an HFC cleaning agent that features a zero ozone depletion potential and meets volatile organic compound (VOC) regulations and pollutant release and transfer register (PRTR) emission inventories. In addition, Solve 55’s global warming impact is low, and at the same time it features superior drying capability.

Customers can select from a variety of optional features that include elevator, transport, ultrasonic cleaning sinks, and other features.
