HONDA / INSIGHT Sports Modulo Concept
At Tokyo Auto Salon 2010, Honda presented the Insight Sports Modulo Concept, which is designed to be both fun to drive and environmentally friendly.
The Insight Sports Modulo Concept was developed to offer hybrid grand touring for a new generation. Its aero parts, brake parts, and suspension are designed do deliver both high mileage and high performance.
The car’s aero parts, with their design based on wind ripples, are not only novel and stylish, but create effective aerodynamics that can be felt at all speeds, from highway driving to getting through urban traffic. To make the aerodynamic modifications visible, decals have been placed in line with the air flow, so performance can also be visually confirmed.
Honda will continue using its Exciting Eco concept, to develop cars that are fun to drive while keeping environmental performance high.
