Obayashi Factory / Swallow Tail Butterfly

At Tokyo Auto Salon 2010, Obayashi Factory presented the Swallow Tail Butterfly.
In this customized car, the Nissan President is used as the base, and the Toyota Celsior as the head part.
The Swallow Tail Butterfly also features a novel design: For example, the doors are operated by an electric-hydraulic gull-wing system, and the steering wheel is located centrally. The interior also features a carefully selected audio install, to emphasize the pleasure of custom audio.
In the Swallow Tail Butterfly, audio volume control and door operation can be done remotely using an iPhone or an iPod Touch.
Obayashi is thinking of exhibiting this car at trade shows outside Japan, as well as developing even more exciting customized cars.
