Developed by Fuji Electric Systems, this single beam infrared gas analyzer measures exhaust gases produced by furnaces, boilers, and incinerators.　The analyzer can measure the concentrations of nitrogen oxide, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and oxygen in the exhaust gas, simultaneously and continuously. The compact analyzer employs a high-sensitivity mass flow sensor, and its single beam measurement system ensures excellent stability.
