After a huge dinner what better way to loose weight then to sleep it off. At least PMC Tokyo purports that with their Alpha-Slim mattress.
The mattress emits Alpha III waves which are comprised of two parts. An internal brain wave of 8 to 13 Hz which and soothes the body and an external wave of 8 to 8.5 THz. The external wave massages the body at a DNA level helping to break down triglyceride (or neutral fat). The frequency vibrations produced also assist blood flow and helps the body get rid of body waste.
The mattress also has further therapeutic qualities.
However, with a price tag of 150,000 yen, I'm not going to stop exercising anytime soon.
