At the Panasonic FA show 2008, Panasonic Factory Solutions displayed their new RG131 Radial Lead Component Insertion Machine which increases productivity by increasing insertion speed and reliability.
Insertion-pitch of either 2-pitch spec or 3-pitch spec can be selected and with the complete self-offset function covering the entire PC board the RG131 operates reliably.
Along with environmental improvements, the RG131 also reduces costs because its parts are compatible with the RHSG and other machines from Panasonic Factory Solution's insertion machine series.
