At OFMEX 2009, Panasonic Communications exhibited the BB-HCM581 with 21x Optical Zoom, a network camera that makes it easy to monitor video using an Internet or intranet connection.
The Network Camera BB-HCM581 has a built-in PoE (Power over Ethernet) connector, so it can even be installed in places where wiring work is difficult. A wide range has been used, so a single camera can monitor a wide area, and with the high-speed pan and tilt, even fast movements won’t be missed. Also, stills from this camera can be received on a car navigation system and it’s also possible to have complete control over the camera from a mobile phone as well.
